Our Refund Policy
At FetchFind, your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at enquiries@kmf.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 2–3 business days.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
- Items not in their original packaging
- Sale or clearance items
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
